This policy explains what data is collected when you use bachflowerfinder.co.uk, and how it is used.

Who runs this site

This site is run by Tonya Brash, a sole practitioner based in Nairn, Highland, Scotland. You can contact her via tonyabrash.com.

What you type into the finder

When you describe how you're feeling and submit the form, your text is sent to the Anthropic API (the AI that powers the remedy suggestions). It is used only to generate your response and is not stored, logged, or used to train AI models. Anthropic's own privacy policy applies to that transmission: anthropic.com/privacy.

We do not store, see, or retain anything you type into the finder.

Shareable links

If you save or share your results link, the remedy names are encoded in the URL itself. No personal data is stored in that URL — only the names of the suggested remedies.

Analytics cookies

If you choose to accept cookies, this site uses Google Analytics to collect anonymous information about how the site is used — for example, how many people visit and which pages are viewed. IP addresses are anonymised. No personal data is collected.

You can accept or decline analytics cookies via the banner when you first visit. You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site.

If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and Google Analytics does not load.

No other data collection

This site does not require you to create an account, provide your name or email address, or share any personal information. There are no contact forms on this site.

This site links to tonyabrash.com and ko-fi.com. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which apply when you visit them.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask what data is held about you, to request correction or deletion, and to object to processing.
